    Tip tinner is used when a soldering iron tip is resistant to wetting
    While the soldering iron is at full operating temperature, roll the tip in the tinner. As you roll it, the tip should change from black to shiny silver as the baked flux is cleaned off. Once the shiny lustre of the soldering iron tip is restored, the tinning process is complete
